This exceptional vintage comes from a small plot of granite hillside in the heart of the village of Crozes-Hermitage. The vines aged over 80 years come from a mass selection which will bring notes of spices and black fruits to the wine. A very aromatic and intense nose. A seductive mouthfeel due to its velvety tannins, its balance and its aromatic persistence. The finish is persistent and fresh. Plot enclosed by stone walls. Place: Les Cornirets in the commune of Crozes-Hermitage in the north of the appellation. Area: 0.83 hectare Granite hillside, south facing. Organic conversion since 2019. Vinification in concrete vats. Aging for 12 months in barrels with 20% new barrels.
