“Clay” comes from shale terraces. This blend of two Grenaches balances between finesse and opulence. Complex, the nose opens with white fruits first then with aniseed notes. The palate is dense, offset by a nice freshness. This rare wine reflects all the quality of the wines of the Parcé brothers. Nice aging potential.
