Cuvée in homage to Omar Khayyâm, Persian poet and mathematician, Muslim of the 11th century. Author of several hundred quatrains celebrating wine and women, and philosopher of “Carpe Diem”. Blending of the grape varieties in the vat and 100% destemming. Aging 9 months in tuns for 30% of the wine. It is the oriental of the Mas de Libian, the warmest of the range.
