There are 24 varieties of fillings available, all flavoured with natural flavours. We offer a wide range of color combinations, in fact you will find within our selection the entire color palette of the rainbow. From 70% dark chocolate, white chocolate and dulce chocolate to fruit flavours such as raspberry, passion fruit and lemon. You can also find new and exciting combinations such as chestnut, lavender and match tea. Just try and find your favorite! You can order any color combination you prefer as well as the flavour, so the possibilities are endless. We also offer to mark the macaron with a design, logo or a date, giving you the opportunity to personalise each macaron. Other special requests are also possible.

Only high quality ingredients, including French first-class chocolate Valrhona, to ensure a gourmet experience. Macarons are composed of: almonds, sugar, water, cream, chocolate, fruit purée, egg whites. The product is gluten-free, but contains an allergen to lactose, nuts and sesame.

Italian meringue gives the macaron this perfect shine. Then a mixture of ground almonds and sugar is added to the meringue to create the "appareil", as it is called in French. The macaron shell is handmade with a hand spray bag. The baking tray is lightly shaken so that the macaron settles well before baking for 20-25 minutes.

The filling is usually made from what we call in French "ganache", which is a mixture of chocolate and cream.
Great care must be taken when placing the filling to achieve the classic macaron texture – crackling on the outside, creamy on the inside.
