Located in the south-east of Cambodia, the region of Kampot is the perfect place to grow this exceptional pepper. This high-quality Kampot Pepper has a protected designation of origin. The three different peppercorns in this blend come from the same tree but are not picked at the same stage of ripeness, hence the different colours. The combination of the three Kampot peppers in this blend provides it with a perfectly balanced taste that brings out the individual qualities of each peppercorn. You can taste the fragrant flavours of the red Kampot pepper, which is enhanced by the strong flavour of the black pepper, which gives this mix the structure it needs. The white pepper brings a light and subtle flavour to the overall taste of this mix. These exceptional wild peppercorns can be used whole or ground, or can be crushed before adding to your dish if you want to keep their full flavour in tact. This pepper mill is practical for the dinner table and in the kitchen with two openings (at the top and bottom) allowing you to fully appreciate the quality of the freshly ground peppercorns.
