The FAF farm is our main partner in Brazil. The Croce family has succeeded in converting its farm, and several dozen other small farms around it, to respect for nature, sustainability and mastery of coffee processing. The region owes the return of the Bob-o-link birds, which come to nest on the plantation, hence its name.
Christophe Servell, founder of Terres de Café, has been travelling around producing countries for years in search of the best coffees in the world, and opened a first store in Paris in 2009. The brand selects the finest coffees from around the world with the desire to buy coffees from sustainable agriculture as a priority, and to work on the long term with the partner producers. They bring the greatest precision to the different roastings in order to offer a "French-style" interpretation of what coffee should be.
