A wine born from the historic terroirs of Corbières-Boutenac and revived by the Bories family in 1978. The estate cultivates old vines with deep respect for the Cru Boutenac requirements, producing wines that are both profound and expressive. Certified organic since 2006, the winery favors indigenous yeasts and a very limited use of sulfur. The sandy molasse soils, gravity-fed cellars and low-temperature fermentations reveal the true identity of the terroir. A wine that embodies tradition, nature and innovation.
