This Crozes-Hermitage red vinified by Étienne Pochon comes from vines around twenty years old, planted both on plains and on hillsides. After aging for 6 months in barrels of 2 to 6 wines, the nectar then reveals its full potential.
A wine rich in aromas, complex, where sweet spices mingle with very ripe red fruits. We also sense a hint of liquorice... The palate is round, the tannins fine and the persistence is remarkable.
A “Crozes” well representative of its appellation, to drink or keep!
