Faithful to the blend of wines from the appellation, this rosé is composed of a majority of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. The vines, worked in organic farming, come from clay-limestone soils. This very fresh wine presents aromas of small fruits, white flowers, peach and even pink grapefruit. In the mouth, we find this same freshness accompanied by a beautiful length.
