The vineyard, located at an altitude of 360 to 390 meters, faces northwest. The clay-limestone soils with numerous flint inclusions bring freshness to the wine. As usual, winemaking takes place in concrete vats. Vattings are long without seeking extraction. The wines are aged in barrels from the small cooperage "Mittel-Berger", located in South Tyrol. Sustained notes of red fruits, liquorice and garrigue. A colorful “Vin'Didu” if we use the terms of the château, with civilized tannins but which in no way loses its Provençal character. The palate is very elegant, crunchy and wild. Drink or let ripen!
