White wine production remains very confidential in the Cairanne sector. This does not mean that we should forget them, quite the contrary. Start with the white Cairanne from Marcel Richaud, with a complex and very fine style. This is an expressive wine, with intense aromas of white and exotic fruits. The palate reveals notes of flowers and pear, and has a beautiful substance, which gives it roundness and richness (but with finesse). We appreciate the beautiful aromatic persistence as well as the lovely bitterness, making this wine a great discovery, which has its place on the tables of fine gourmets.
