Lively and suave, from mature Marsanne and Viognier vines, it reminds us of “picking the lime tree at the end of the day”. We find notes of exotic fruits, candied lemon and spices on the nose, characteristics specific to the blend of these two grape varieties. A beautiful aromatic persistence which lingers on the palate with aromas of flowers and anise. An intense wine which wonderfully expresses the terroirs of Saint-Maurice and Vinsobres.
