Located between 480 and 500 meters above sea level and rooted in granite soil, the fifty-year-old vines of the Millerands plot were chosen to create "Chez Muron". The classic Gamay Saint Romain makes up 100% of this cuvée, vinified in jars and aged for 6 months also in jars. As with all the other biodynamic vintages from this estate, "Chez muron" contains a minimum of sulfur (25mg/l) added before bottling, but brings us maximum pleasure! These slightly peppery and spicy aromas will be felt provided that it is well aired in advance (the day before if possible) or even decanted.
