Since 1978, the Sérol estate and the Troisgros family have joined forces: a passion, a vintage and “Les Blondins” was born! The old Gamay Saint Romain vines are planted on a steep, south-facing granite hillside, a true paradise for growing this grape variety. This vintage, initially intended for the famous restaurant, is a true gastronomy product. It combines the fruitiness of the raspberry, the finesse of the blackcurrant bud and the persistent tannins bring a beautiful volume on the palate. The latter continues with spices and a very particular minerality. A local, friendly wine, like the two families.
