This plot located on a granite plateau is also known at the estate for sheltering the vines which are used to produce the “Chez Muron” vintage. The difference is that here, these old Gamay-Saint-Romain vines, between 50 and 95 years old, are vinified in cement vats with 30% whole bunches. This will be followed by aging for 11 months in these same cement vats. The result is a wine concentrated in red and black fruits, spices with velvety and fine tannins.
