The estate cuvée is made from vines aged 40 to 45 years. This gives intensity and more character to the wine. We nevertheless remain on a gourmet vintage, full of black fruits with a slightly racy style. A generous wine, like the Ardèche and the AOC Côtes du Vivarais. The harvest is manual and aging lasts 14 to 15 months in oak barrels.
