The “Clos du Cellier aux Moines” plot rightly owes its fine reputation. It faces south and the vines are 35 years old. The Pinot Noirs obtained are fleshier than the Servoisine plot, another noble land from the Joblot estate. The finesse is incredible! The charming nose tempts us with aromas of morello cherries and fine spices. The palate is opulent, straight and marked by velvety tannins. A very beautiful bottle!
