Ex-Voto is a legendary plot located on the Hermitage hill. The vines are between 50 and 90 years old and are harvested and vinified only in years of great vintages! After aging for 40 months in new parts, this red Ermitage will become a legendary and exceptional vintage. The nose and palate perfectly convey the essence of the terroir and the character of the Syrah. The nose is intense and complex; black fruits (blackcurrant), leather, liquorice and oriental spices. The palate is structured, rich with a very fresh finish. Exceptional vintage which requires a little patience before being tasted.
