Very pretty white wine made from the Viognier grape variety. The latter is grown at an altitude of 380 meters in the Coiron plateau, harvested and worked meticulously in the cellar, and aged on fine lees for 9 months in an ovoid concrete vat (egg). This adds a little roundness and richness to the wine. The nose is fresh and exudes aromas of vine peach, pear and mango. We find this deliciousness on the palate, where structure, fullness and freshness also mix. Beautiful aromatic persistence, which leaves us with a nice taste of exotic fruits on the tip of the tongue.
