The latest addition to the estate, "Ortu Solis" is the result of a blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Roussane grown on the Coiron plateau then aged partly in barrels and partly in amphorae. The result is a wine remarkable for its finesse, the grape varieties contrast with each other and the different aging brings a little fat and structure to balance the acidity of the Chardonnays and Roussane. White flower, orchard fruits, beautiful bitters are found at the end of the palate. A magnificent discovery from Ardèche, grown organically, moving closer over time to Biodynamics!
