The only white wine from Mas de Libian. Clairette is vinified separately and aged in demi-muids. The different grape varieties are blended in March: Viognier and Roussanne for their aromatic notes, Clairette for their liveliness and freshness. The result is a fresh white wine with superb balance.
"Cave Vinum": beware of the wine, inspired by the "Cave Canem" found in the ruins of Pompeii. A snub to the measures aimed at portraying wine as a dangerous product.
