GPS is the new born of Benoit Montel made from 3 grape varieties on 3 different terroirs, hence its name. Indeed, in this vintage, Syrah, Gamay and Pinot Noir intermingle, respectively cultivated on Graves, Granitic and Basaltic terroirs. The different grape varieties are vinified separately and blended before aging. This is followed by aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats to preserve the purity of the fruit and the terroirs. The result is a spicy, fruity, structured wine with a crisp mouthfeel with aromas of very
ripe red fruits.
