Remarkable vintage which highlights a grape variety that has been underestimated for too long: Cinsault, also nicknamed “Pinot Noir of the South”. Blended with a small percentage of Syrah, it is a fresh, elegant, fruity wine with a hint of spice. No wood aging for this vintage in order to have the full expression of the fruit (12 to 18 months in stainless steel vats). You can taste it now or wait for it, let yourself be captivated by its charm and its velvety texture!
