“Oudan” comes from the first plot of grapes planted by Stéphane Sérol around twenty years ago now. These two small hectares of vines are located on the slopes of Oudan, the latter having therefore inspired the name of the vintage. A true fruit wine, where ripe and crunchy black cherry combines with the finesse of flowers such as peony and violet. The palate, full of roundness, is both dense due to the very present tannins, and elegant with a superb balance between fruit, light astringency and acidity.
