We have been carrying out this project in the Huila region for four years now, which consists of selecting the best Bourbon Roses from our local network of farmers. This fourth vintage gains even more purity and intensity, thanks to the work of Gabriel Castano of Finca Granada, the “Master” of Bourbon Roses.

Christophe Servell, founder of Terres de Café, has been travelling around producing countries for years in search of the best coffees in the world, and opened a first store in Paris in 2009. The brand selects the finest coffees from around the world with the desire to buy coffees from sustainable agriculture as a priority, and to work on the long term with the partner producers. They bring the greatest precision to the different roastings in order to offer a "French-style" interpretation of what coffee should be.

Description:
The nose is refined and comforting, evoking notes of buttered madeleine, dates and floral pear
On the palate: madeleine and pear remain and combine with butterscotch, yellow melon and red fruit undertones. The texture is round and smooth.
The length in the mouth is full, long on notes of chocolate truffle and clementine zest.
This coffee is roasted for espresso methods and slow coffee methods.
