The TTC Pink was made with a little bit of Haute-Loire juice, but mainly juices on clay-limestone from Aubenas based on Grenache, Cinsault and a touch of Syrah and Gamay. A rosé which goes through direct pressing with a wooden barrel, before undergoing aging in barrels of several wines. The result is a vintage full of freshness and bursting with citrus and peach. A nice tension on the attack which softens on the finish.
