“Gamine” is an emotional name given to young vines intended (later) for the Saint-Joseph and Côte Rôtie vintages. This vintage is aged for 12 months in truncated wooden vats and embodies all the deliciousness of Syrah. We find its spicy side and black fruits in the bouquet. The preceding palate is fresh, crisp and supported by melted tannins. A wine that has pep and which allows you to familiarize yourself with the work of Pierre-Jean Villa.
